Privacy Policy
framevibe ("framevibe", "we", "us") operates framevibe.ai, a web service for creating images and videos with AI. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to the framevibe.ai website and application.
We are based in Tel Aviv, Israel. For anything in this policy, you can reach us at support@framevibe.ai.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account details — your name, email address, and password when you sign up (passwords are stored only in cryptographically hashed form), or your Google account identifiers if you choose Google sign-in.
- Workspace data — the workspaces ("studios") you create or join, and your role in them.
- Content you create — the prompts you write, the reference images and videos you upload, your conversations with the creative assistant, and the images and videos generated for you.
- Purchase information — records of the credits you buy and spend. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we receive confirmation and transaction metadata but never see or store your full card details.
- Communications — messages you send us, such as support emails.
Information collected automatically
- Technical and security data — IP address, browser and device information, and server logs of requests to the service, used for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.
- Email delivery data — whether email we send you is delivered, bounces, or is reported as spam. Addresses that hard-bounce, complain, or unsubscribe are kept on a suppression list so that we stop emailing them.
We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not collect personal information from other sources.
2. How we use your information
- To provide the service — operating your account and studios, generating the content you request, showing you your library, and maintaining your credit balance (performance of our contract with you).
- To process your creative requests with AI models — see section 3 (performance of our contract with you).
- Safety and moderation — prompts and reference media may be checked automatically before generation to prevent misuse of the service (our legitimate interest in a safe service, and legal compliance).
- Billing — recording credit purchases, spending, and refunds (contract and legal obligations).
- Communicating with you — transactional email tied to your account, such as email verification, password reset, workspace invitations, and billing notices (contract), and occasional service reminders such as credit-expiry notices, which you can opt out of at any time (legitimate interest, with one-click unsubscribe).
- Security and abuse prevention — protecting the service, our users, and others (legitimate interest).
- Legal compliance — meeting our obligations under applicable law.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your content for third-party advertising.
3. How AI processing works
When you request a generation, we send the necessary content — your prompt, any reference media you attached, and your relevant conversation context — to the third-party AI model you selected or that we routed your request to. Our current model providers are Google, OpenAI, Black Forest Labs, xAI, ByteDance, and Recraft.
- We share only what is needed to fulfil your specific request.
- These providers process your content as service providers to framevibe under their API terms; they may retain content briefly for abuse monitoring in accordance with their own policies.
- We do not use your prompts, uploads, or generated content to train AI models.
4. Who we share information with
- AI model providers — as described in section 3.
- Infrastructure providers — we host the service and store data with Amazon Web Services in the European Union (Frankfurt), including email delivery via Amazon SES, and use a content delivery network to serve the site. We also use a workflow-orchestration service that processes job metadata (not your media content).
- Payment providers — to process credit purchases.
- Legal reasons — if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of framevibe, our users, or others.
- Business transfers — if framevibe is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction; this policy would continue to apply to it.
5. International transfers
Our primary data storage is in the European Union. Some of our providers (including AI model providers) process data in other countries, such as the United States. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses. Israel benefits from an EU adequacy decision, and transfers between our EU infrastructure and Israel take place on that basis.
6. How long we keep information
- Account and workspace data — for as long as your account exists, and afterwards only as needed to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
- Your content — prompts, uploads, generated media, and conversations are kept so you can access your work, until you delete them or your account is deleted.
- Billing records — kept for the periods required by tax and accounting law.
- Security logs — kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised.
- Email suppression list — kept for as long as needed to honour your unsubscribe or to protect deliverability; this is a minimal record (the email address and reason) whose purpose is precisely to remember not to email you.
7. Security
We protect your information with measures including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, scoped access controls inside the service, and isolation between workspaces. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we design for least privilege and monitor for abuse.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law — including the Israeli Privacy Protection Law and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation — you may:
- request access to the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate information;
- ask us to delete your information or your account;
- receive a copy of information you provided in a portable format;
- object to or restrict certain processing, including opting out of non-essential email;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these, email support@framevibe.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority; in the EU/EEA, your local data protection authority.
9. Cookies and local storage
We use only what the service needs to function: a secure, HTTP-only authentication cookie that keeps you signed in, and small preferences such as your language and light/dark theme. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
10. Email choices
Transactional email — verification, password reset, invitations, and billing notices — is part of operating your account. Non-essential reminders, such as credit-expiry notices, include a one-click unsubscribe link and an unsubscribe option in the message body; opting out is honoured immediately and permanently.
11. Children
framevibe is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy as the service evolves. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and for material changes we will give you reasonable advance notice — for example by email or an in-app notice.
